OPEIM Partners was founded to give mining and resources operators direct access to senior-level operational readiness and performance expertise, without the overhead of a large consultancy.
The firm's practice is built on more than 27 years of global mining experience spanning operations, technology, performance management, reporting, and business improvement initiatives — knowledge developed on the ground, not just in the boardroom.

Director & Principal Consultant, OPEIM Partners Inc. Sergio brings more than 27 years of global mining experience across operations, technology, performance management, reporting, and business improvement.
His work centers on the operational readiness of major mining projects — building the reporting structures, governance frameworks, and cross-functional coordination that carry a project from construction into stable, measurable production. He has supported readiness execution and the transition into operations for large-scale mining projects, including work on South32's Hermosa Project.
